Officials say Miami talks clear way for Phase B of Gaza agreement
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is returning to Israel after reaching understandings with the U.S. administration to move forward with Phase B of the agreement, Kan News reported Thursday.
The second phase is expected to include the reopening of the Rafah crossing in the near future, as well as continued preparations for establishing a “Green City” in Rafah — a Trump administration plan to create a new city for Gaza residents without Hamas or IDF presence.
