Netanyahu to choose next Mossad chief in coming days
According to senior defense officials, the prime minister is expected to decide in the coming days who will serve as the next head of the Mossad.
The sources said two leading candidates are the prime minister’s military secretary, Maj.-Gen. Roman Gofman, and “A,” a senior Mossad unit commander. Current Mossad director David Barnea is set to conclude his five-year term in June.
