Jerusalem court indicts Jewish settler on terror charges over attack on Palestinian olive harvesters
Israel’s State Prosecutor’s Office on Thursday filed an indictment in the Jerusalem District Court against Ariel Dahari, 24, from the outpost Oz Yair. According to the charges, Dahari attacked Palestinian olive harvesters in October near the village of Turmus Ayya.
The indictment accuses him of aggravated intentional injury as an act of terror, aggravated injury as an act of terror committed with others, and intentional damage to a vehicle committed with others on a racist motive.
