Israel’s High Court freezes government plan to close IDF Radio with interim order
Israel’s High Court of Justice on Sunday issued an interim injunction freezing the government’s decision to dismantle IDF Radio (Galei Tzahal).
Supreme Court President Isaac Amit said the order was issued after the government refused to commit to avoiding irreversible steps before the legal proceedings are completed.
