Israeli soldier killed in operational accident in southern Lebanon

Israeli soldier Master Sergeant (Res.) Basil Sweid (32) was killed during operational activity in southern Lebanon, the IDF announced overnight.

Sweid, a driver in the 7th Brigade, was killed when his vehicle overturned in the Rab al-Thalathine area. Another soldier was injured moderately in the same accident.
