Israeli police raid dozens of crime-organization targets, arrest dozens
Israeli police arrested 23 suspects in a pre-dawn raid targeting the Hariri and Abu Latif crime organizations, following information from a state’s witness. The operation came after a year-long undercover investigation into extortion and protection rackets. Police say they have strong evidence against senior members of the two major crime networks, linked to widespread violence and several recent murders.
