IDF gains control of Gaza City coast, completes encirclement from all directions
Israeli military forces successfully gained control of the coast of Gaza City, completing the encirclement of the city from every direction, the IDF stated on Sunday evening.
Forces belonging to the IDF’s 36th Division reached the Gaza coastline on Sunday, destroying over 50 targets in the last 12 hours and over 1,600 targets of the Hamas terrorist organization during the war so far.
The destroyed targets include Hamas infrastructure, warehouses, anti-tank and observation posts and the organization’s ground forces.
More than 300 terrorists were eliminated with artillery fire by the 36th Division and in coordination with the Israeli Air Force.
