Israel’s Black Friday morning spending jumps 22.8% compared to 2024
Black Friday, the shopping event closing out November, has begun in Israel. Spending spending in Israel rose by 22.8% this morning, reaching 416.7 million shekels between 8:00 and 11:00, compared to 339 million last year.
At the Maman cargo terminal at Ben-Gurion Airport, staff are preparing to handle about 250,000 incoming packages, with an annual peak of 10 million expected. Several fashion chains have expanded their promotions, but the main rush is in electronics, with deep discounts on robotic vacuums, TVs, laptops, gaming gear and more.
