IRGC claims strikes on US targets in Bahrain and Kuwait
Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) claimed it launched missiles and drones at U.S. military targets in Bahrain and Kuwait in response to what it described as the United States' violation of the ceasefire.
In a statement, the IRGC said it had destroyed 85 U.S. military facilities at the headquarters of the U.S. Fifth Fleet in Bahrain and at Ali Al Salem Air Base in Kuwait. It added that the attacks were the initial phase of Iran's response and were carried out jointly by its naval and air forces.
