In Washington, IDF intel chief shares Iran intelligence while Saudi officials seek diplomatic solution
Israel's military intelligence chief, Maj.-Gen. Shlomi Binder met senior officials at the Pentagon, the CIA and the White House on Tuesday and Wednesday, two U.S. officials told the news outlet Axios.
Meanwhile, Saudi Defense Minister Prince Khalid bin Salman is expected in Washington on Thursday and Friday to advance the kingdom's efforts to find a diplomatic solution to tensions with Iran, as the U.S. continues its military buildup in the region.
Binder was in Washington to share with U.S. security officials specific intelligence about Iranian targets they had requested, a source told Axios.
