IDF strikes 'senior' Hamas operative after terrorists shoot at Israeli troops in Gaza
The Israel Defense Forces said it struck "a key Hamas terrorist" in response to the terror group violating the ceasefire and shooting at Israeli troops in the northern Gaza Strip.
"Hamas terrorists fired at an area where IDF troops are operating," the military said, noting that "This shooting constitutes a blatant violation of the ceasefire agreement."
"In response, the IDF and ISA precisely struck a key Hamas terrorist who advanced terror attacks against IDF troops in the northern Gaza Strip," the IDF stated.
