IDF kills terrorist who infiltrated from Lebanon, opened fire on Israeli soldiers
Israeli troops fired and killed a terrorist who opened fire at IDF troops in the Ramim Ridge area, near the Israeli town of Margaliot, the military stated.
According to several Israeli news outlets, the terrorist managed to cross the border before firing on the soldiers.
"No IDF injuries were reported. The incident is ongoing. IDF soldiers are continuing to conduct searches in the area, with Israeli Air Force aircraft operating overhead after being dispatched to the scene. The IDF remains in close contact with the local authorities," the military added.
