IDF kills Islamic Jihad terrorist who took part in Oct 7 massacre, kidnappings
The Israeli military and the Shin Bet eliminated an Islamic Jihad terrorist who infiltrated Israel during the Oct. 7 massacre and took part in the abduction of Israeli civilians, the IDF announced.
An airstrike in the northern Gaza Strip eliminated Zaher Brahim Khalil Abu Salem, a military operative with the Islamic Jihad terrorist organization, who "took part in the abduction of Israeli civilians from their homes and in holding them hostage."
"Additionally, throughout the war and in recent days, Abu Salem attempted to advance numerous terror attacks against IDF troops and Israeli civilians," the IDF said.
