IDF kills Hamas' Khan Younis Brigade commander in Gaza Strip
The IDF and Shin Bet eliminated Muhammad Yazouri, commander of Hamas’ Khan Younis Brigade in a precise, overnight strike in the Gaza Strip, the Israeli military announced.
Yazouri "was responsible for managing the activities of the brigade’s terrorists and directing them to carry out attacks against IDF troops and Israeli civilians. In recent months, he worked to advance dozens of attacks against IDF troops and sought to rebuild the brigade’s force buildup, which had suffered significant damage throughout the war," the IDF said.
"In the same strike, Hudheifa Muammar, a company commander, and Muhammad Bahjat Rashi, another terrorist from Hamas’ military wing in the Khan Younis Brigade, were eliminated."
