IDF kills Gaza terrorist who abducted Noa Argamani & Avinatan Or
An Israeli airstrike this week killed a terror commander who took part in the abduction of Noa Argamani and Avinatan Or, and directed the abduction of Thai national Sudthisak Rinthalak, the Israel Defense Forces announced.
Ahmed Hussein Mohammed Kafina served as commander in Kataeb al-Mujahideen, one of the dozens of lesser-known terror organizations in the Gaza Strip.
On October 7, 2023, he infiltrated Israel "and commanded terrorists who infiltrated with him... During the war and recently, Mohammed Kafina advanced terror attacks against IDF troops and Israeli civilians," the IDF said.
"The terrorist posed an immediate threat to the troops and was eliminated in a precise aerial strike. IDF troops under the Southern Command remain deployed in the area in accordance with the agreement and will continue to operate to remove any immediate threat."
