IDF eliminates terrorist who crossed ceasefire line, posed 'imminent threat' in Gaza Strip
Israeli troops killed a Hamas terrorist who approached them after crossing the ceasefire line in the Gaza Strip, the Israel Defense Forces said on Wednesday.
"Overnight (Wednesday), IDF troops identified a terrorist who crossed the Yellow Line and approached the troops, posing an imminent threat to their safety. Following the identification, in order to remove the threat, the troops eliminated the terrorist," the IDF stated.
"IDF troops in the Southern Command remain deployed in accordance with the ceasefire agreement and will continue to operate to remove any immediate threat."
