IDF completes massive anti-terror operation in Tulkarm, West Bank after 15 hours
Israeli forces of the IDF, the Shin Bet security, and Border police completed a massive anti-terror operation in the Tulkarm refugee camp after 15 hours, the IDF stated on Tuesday.
During the operation, Israeli forces under the command of the Kfir Brigade, searched suspicious buildings, confiscated weapons, destroyed a weapons lab, and arrested and eliminated terrorists. Engineering forces uncovered dozens of ready-to-use charges hidden under and on the side of roads.
Under the direction of Shin Bet, an IDF aircraft struck an armed terrorist squad that shot and threw explosives at Israeli soldiers.
Seven terrorists were killed and a terrorist leader of the “Tulkarm Brigade” was arrested as he tried hid in an ambulance and tried to escape.
