Houthis threaten Israeli shipping in Red Sea, claim missile attack on Israel
Yemen’s Houthi movement announced that it will prohibit the movement of Israeli-linked vessels in the Red Sea and will consider any “enemy movement” a legitimate military target, according to spokesperson Yahya Saree.
The group also claimed responsibility for a missile launch toward Israel earlier in the day, signaling its continued involvement in the regional conflict alongside Iran and other Tehran-backed groups.
