Houthis claim missile attack on Saudi oil tanker in Red Sea

The Houthi terrorists in Yemen claimed to have successfully attacked the Saudi oil tanker "Wafaa" off the port of Yanbu, in the northern Red Sea.

Military spokesman Yahya Saree claimed that the attack included "several ballistic missiles" and was "accurate, by the grace of God," without specifying when it took place.

Saree added that this was the eighth ship they have targeted since declaring a naval blockade on Saudi Arabia on July 22.

With the closure of the Hormuz Strait, Yanbu has become a key port for Saudi oil exports. The area is almost 1,000 km (over 600 miles) from the Yemeni border.
