High Court hears petition against Justice Minister Levin over Judicial appointments delay
Israel’s High Court of Justice held a hearing on a petition against Justice Minister Yariv Levin over his failure to convene the Judicial Selection Committee.
The case, brought by the Movement for Quality Government, was heard by a panel of three justices. During the hearing, concerns were raised about rising crime and the urgent need to appoint more judges.
