Hezbollah continues to attack Israeli posts along the border, lightly wounds four IDF soldiers
The Lebanon-based terror organization Hezbollah continued attacking IDF military posts and settlements along Israel’s northern border on Wednesday.
Four IDF soldiers were lightly injured by an anti-tank missile that was fired from Lebanon toward an army force near Moshav Shtula overnight. Hezbollah continued firing several more missiles throughout the day. Israeli posts were also attacked by gunfire.
The IDF responded with artillery fire at the source of the attacks, while IDF tanks destroyed two Hezbollah posts which the anti-tank missiles originated from.
The Israeli Air Force in the evening struck a unit firing mortar grenades into Israel and also carried out airstrikes on Hezbollah targets earlier in the day.
Two rockets fired from Lebanon struck the towns of Metula and Kiryat Shmona in the evening, causing damage but no injuries.
