Head of Lebanon’s Christian Maronite Church: “I support direct peace talks with Israel”
Maronite Patriarch Bechara al-Rahi, head of Lebanon’s Maronite Christian Church, said Saturday that he supports direct negotiations with Israel to achieve peace, in an interview with Lebanon’s LBC channel. “We cannot remain in this situation,” he said.
