Hamas calls October 7 a ‘a pivotal milestone’ in flight against Israel
Hamas released a series of statements marking three years since the October 7 massacre, in which it praises the attacks of that day.
Hamas military wing spokesman Abu Obeida called it “an extraordinary military achievement, with God’s help.”
In a statement on its website, Hamas said, “Today, the glorious 7th of October, marks the third anniversary of the blessed ‘Al-Aqsa Flood' battle—a pivotal milestone in the history of the conflict with the occupation.”
It also called the attack “a resounding and unprecedented tremor in the occupation entity,” saying “its repercussions are still present today.”
The group did not express any regret for the consequences of the attacks on Gaza, and said it “will continue its project until the occupation is defeated and expelled from our land.”
