FM Sa'ar says Israel not forcing Palestinians to emigrate from Gaza
FM Gideon Sa'ar was quoted on X by The Geo-Political Arena as saying: “We are not planning to expel or to deport anyone from the Gaza Strip,” he says during a press conference in the Balkan country of Ljubljana, where Israel is planning to open an embassy according to the Times of Israel.
“If someone wants to immigrate from his own will and there is a country which is ready to accept him,” Sa’ar continued, “as it happens from any conflict area in the world, we will not oppose that.”
“But we will not force anyone against his will,” said Sa’ar.
Last week, DM Israel Katz said, "There is no real solution for Gaza in the end without this migration."
