Father of survivor from Bondi Beach attack accuses police of failing to confront terrorists
Rabbi Yosef Eichenblatt, whose 13-year-old daughter, Ayelet, survived the deadly attack at Bondi Beach in Australia, accused police of failing to act during the assault.
In an interview on Monday with the radio program “Half the Day” hosted by Esty Perez Ben Ami, Rabbi Eichenblatt claimed that police officers hid from the terrorists instead of shooting at them. He recounted his daughter’s experience during the attack and described her survival as miraculous, while sharply criticizing the conduct of security forces at the scene.
