Erdogan says 'Israel must be stopped, Turkey's security begins in Syria & Lebanon'

Turkey's President Recep Tayyip Erdogan continued a recent string of highly incendiary statements against Israel during a summit of his AK Party on Wednesday, calling on "humanity" to "stop Israel."

"If the path of Israel's banditry is not stopped, all of humanity will suffer the consequences of this alongside the region," he said, while warning that no one should "attach themselves to the tail of the Zionist network of massacres."

"Turkey's security begins not in Hatay, but in Aleppo, Damascus, and Beirut. We will not tolerate faits accomplis in our brothers' countries, nor will we turn a blind eye to aggression," he threatened.

"We are fully aware of what the ultimate aim of the ‘Promised Land’ delusion is. With God’s help, we will never allow it," said Erdogan.
