Bennett: Israel nearly faced its second-largest massacre, yet Netanyahu has not admitted failure

Naftali Bennett, chairman of the Beyachad party, criticized Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu over failures uncovered in the investigation into the attempted hijacking of a Flydubai flight and called for Transportation Minister Miri Regev to be fired.
Speaking to Kan News, Bennett said: “A few days ago, we nearly had the second-largest massacre in the history of the State of Israel, with a plane that was planned to crash into Ben Gurion Airport. We could have lost another 1,200 Israelis.”
Bennett criticized Netanyahu for failing to acknowledge responsibility, saying the prime minister had still not come forward and said “there was a failure here.”
