A prosecutor’s declaration was filed against Mustafa Issa, 19, from Kafr Qasim, on suspicion of planning a terrorist attack, the Shin Bet and Israel Police said in a joint statement.

According to the statement, the investigation found that Issa had been influenced by the 2021 “Guardian of the Walls” conflict and the Oct. 7 massacre and was in the planning stages of terrorist activity. Training equipment and airsoft weapons were seized during his arrest.

Investigators said Issa searched his phone for combat manuals, downloaded and saved instructions for making explosive devices, and attempted to manufacture explosives using various materials. He also allegedly shared details of those attempts with others.
