730 confirmed COVID cases in Israel yesterday, highest since March 25

The Ministry of Health reported 730 new coronavirus cases on Monday.

Over 58,000 tests were conducted with 1.26% returning positive. While still a very low test positivity rate, some healthcare officials express concern as the rate had been under 1% the last few weeks.

The Coronavirus Cabinet is set to meet today to discuss the situation and possible new restrictions.
