Less than a day after the start of Iran’s missile attack on Israel, Iranian military officials announced a ceasefire following what they described as “Operation Victory.”
The escalation included ballistic missile strikes on Israeli military sites and retaliatory actions reported across Iran.

At the same time, officials in Iran framed the operation as part of a broader strategic message, linking developments in Lebanon and regional tensions involving the United States.
