In the shadow of war, residents of the northern Israeli town of Shlomi are taking security into their own hands. After serving in special operations and hundreds of days in reserve duty, a group of local volunteers has formed a special civilian defense unit to protect their own homes, just kilometers from the Lebanese border. As tensions rise and the threat of renewed conflict with Hezbollah looms, this team is training for every possible scenario: infiltration attempts, rocket barrages, and another October 7-style attack.
