A major scandal is shaking Israel’s military and judicial systems.

Yifat Tomer-Yerushalmi, the IDF’s Chief Military Prosecutor, has admitted to leaking materials to the media after Defense Minister Katz announced her dismissal.

She has now resigned and is expected to be questioned under caution on suspicion of obstruction of justice and providing false information to the Supreme Court.
