Cabinet Uproar as UN Proposal Keeps Clause for a Palestinian State | KAN 11

Ahead of the critical UN Security Council vote on the American proposal regarding Gaza’s future, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu convened a closed-door cabinet meeting.
But despite pressure from ministers, Israel has so far failed to remove the controversial clause referring to a “path to a Palestinian state.”

The U.S. draft still includes language about a possible political roadmap, angering senior ministers who insist Israel must firmly oppose any move toward Palestinian statehood.
