Aliyah & the Promise of Return - Praying for Israel’s Homecoming

This week, Israel celebrated Aliyah Day — a national holiday honoring Jewish immigration to Israel and one of the most repeated promises in the Bible: that God would gather His people back to the land of their fathers.
But this year, that celebration comes with mixed emotions. A new report shows that since 2022, more than 125,000 Israelis have left the country amid war and economic hardship — the largest wave of emigration in modern history. Yet, thousands of Jewish families worldwide are still making Aliyah — answering God’s ancient call to come home.
In this week’s All Israel Prayer Points, Kayla Sprague invites us to pray over this prophetic moment:
For those making Aliyah — provision, courage, and calling (Isaiah 43:5–6)
For those leaving Israel — renewed hope and restoration (Jeremiah 32:37)
For global Jewish unity — that God’s people would stand together in faith (Ezekiel 37:21–22)
As the world watches people moving both out of and into Israel, we remember: every step is part of a greater story. God is still fulfilling His promises. He is still gathering His people.
