About Tomi Frank

Tomi Frank is the Senior Director of News Operations for the U.S.-based nonprofit organization Near East Media. He serves as the Managing Editor of ALL ISRAEL NEWS and ALL ARAB NEWS and is part of the news organization’s founding team.

With more than a decade of experience in full-stack web development, he has worked extensively in digital media and online journalism, helping build and manage platforms for news publishing and editorial operations. Over the years, his work gradually shifted from primarily technical development into leadership and management, focusing on newsroom coordination, editorial workflows, and day-to-day operational oversight.

Tomi studied computer software engineering at ORT Braude Academic College of Engineering and later pursued law studies at Tel Aviv University. His background combines technology, media, and organizational management, giving him a practical understanding of both the technical and editorial sides of modern digital publishing.

Born in Hungary, Tomi made aliyah to Israel with his family in 2000. He comes from a large family of sixteen children raised by believing parents who also immigrated to Israel. Today he lives near Jerusalem with his wife and their four children.

Alongside his professional work, Tomi is actively involved in his local Messianic Jewish congregation, where he leads the worship team. Music and community life remain an important part of his personal life and faith journey.

Outside of work and ministry, Tomi is a dedicated birdwatcher and wildlife photographer. He spends much of his free time exploring nature across Israel, documenting birds and wildlife through photography and enjoying the outdoors with his family.
